Play tag holding one foot with one hand any way
FOCUS:
Practice –
Plank to push-up
Plank to T-plank
Plank to inchworm
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
2:00 – 5 walking lunges => 5 burpees
2:00 – free play w/beach balls and gymnastic mats or similar
GAME:
Dodgeball – stop EMOM for 20-second plank
