FOCUS:
Powerball – push press throws with a medicine ball to a target; practice knees out, quick dip and vertical throw

GET READY:
1:00 each side – biceps against the wall stretch
1:00 – threaded shoulder on all fours

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 push-ups
10 push presses, 1#-10# dumbbells
10 powerball shots, 4#-10# Dynamini medicine balls

GAME:
Plank Ball
