A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
FOCUS:
Throwing and catching – With a partner, start on knees facing each other 1 meter apart. Play catch, then stand and repeat. Move one step back, each round and repeat alternating on knees and standing.
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch over knee
1:00 – child’s pose
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00 (outside)
100-meter run => high-knee skip back
7 push-ups
3-5 hula hoop spins
GAME:
Hula Hoop Dodgeball – If hit, do 3-5 hula reps
