Warm Up: Med Ball Relay
Focus: Nutrition: Draw your plate: Favorite Protein, good carbs, yummy veggies
WOD: AMRAP: 5 -8 minutes
5 Wall Ball: 4 – 6#
15m Burpee Broad Jump
Game: Scrabble Cups: Divide participants into two teams.  As a team, each member must perform 3 tuck jumps and run 1 lap around cone track and then they have 30 seconds to create as many correctly spelled scrabble words (using “rock n score” scrabble cups) as they can.  They write words in chalk on the ground or on dry erase boards, repeat as time allows.  The team with the most correctly spelled words win the game.
