A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Over-under dodgeball pass in a straight line
FOCUS:
Medicine ball deadlift – just like kettlebell
GET READY:
1:00 each side – hamstring on a box
1:00 – Olympic stretch against the wall
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
Kids use medicine balls that are left scattered in work area. If they return from the run and there are no balls available they do jumping jacks until a ball is available
5 medicine ball deadlift, 4#-6#
5 medicine ball Dip-Shrug-Drop-Stand, 4#-6#
50-meter run
GAME:
One-handed tag – Keep other hand on head. Alternate left and right hands.
