WARM-UP:
Skipping Rocks
FOCUS:
Box squat – what your feet should do—point straight and stay flat
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
Odd and even – Trainer calls out numbers that are either odd or even. When odd numbers are called, kids do that number of box squats. When even numbers are called, kids do that number of box jumps. If zero is called, kids do one spin.
