Kids class @CrossFit Brand X-Birthplace of CrossFit Kids

Warm Up: Switch
Focus: Plank: Shoulder Position, no bridging
WOD: (2 minutes of tabata at each station)
1. Forward roll, run 15m
2. Pull-ups/monkey hangs
3. Jump rope
4. Sit ups
Game: Plank Wars: Divide kids into pairs. Kids face each other and get into a good plank position. Kids attempt to get one another off balance by using opposite hands and Pushing, Pulling, High Fives, Shaking Hands, and 360 degree races.
