WARM-UP:
Agility ball drill/zig zag cone course
FOCUS:
Angry gorilla – apply to tire flips
GET READY:
1:00 each side – triangle against the wall
1:00 – piriformis stretch on the floor
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 6:00-8:00
50-meter run
5 Spartans (tire flip => hop thru middle to other side – 1 rep)
GAME:
Rolling tire races – Roll small car tires 5 meters. Add difficulty by adding a Spartan at either end.
