A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Pizza Delivery – Provide each kid an AbMat or similar object to balance overhead in a waiter’s carry as if holding a pizza. On “Go,” the kids must try to knock the other kids’ pizzas out of their hands without losing their own pizzas. Last kid standing with his or her pizza wins the round. Kids whose pizzas are knocked down go to sidelines and do 5 crisscross sit-ups.

FOCUS:
Deadlift – Conga line with 5 objects, alternating medicine balls, 4#-6#, and dumbbells, 3#-5#

GET READY:
1:00 wounded eagle
1:00 Samson stretch each side

CONDITIONING:
2x
For 2:00
3 pull-ups, progressions or 30-second hollow hold
5 super-slow squats
10 grasshoppers
Rest 30 seconds

GAME:
Animal Walk Tag w/2 ring rows if tagged
