15 jumping jacks

FOCUS:
Thrusters and wall ball shots – same movement; review start position with ball against chest

GET READY:
1:00 – wounded eagle
1:00 each side – biceps against wall
1:00 each side – 90-90

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10-meter side shuffle
10-meter high-knee skip back
10 push-ups to plank
3 wall ball shots

GAME:
3 Cups with boxes and lacrosse ball
