WARM-UP
5 x 50-meter sprints
FOCUS:
Powerball shot – push press throws with a 4#-8# medicine ball to a target; practice knees out, quick dip and vertical throw
GET READY:
1:00 – bicep against the wall stretch
1:00 – threaded shoulder from all fours
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP 8:00
5 push-ups
10 push presses, 1#-10# dumbbells
10 powerball shots, 4#-10# Dynamini medicine balls
GAME:
Plank Ball – Arrange kids in a circle and have them roll Gator Skin dodgeballs or similar soft balls to each other while maintaining a plank. Lost plank results in performing an exercise in the circle’s center.
