10 powerball shots, 4#-10# Dynamini medicine balls
Plank Ball – Arrange kids in a circle and have them roll Gator Skin dodgeballs or similar soft balls to each other while maintaining a plank. Lost plank results in performing an exercise in the circle’s center.
