WARM-UP:

10-meter bear crawl
10-meter inchworm
10-meter sprint
10-meter side shuffle
FOCUS:
Push press – practice true overhead position with bumper plates and AbMats. Keep arms straight.
GET READY:
1:00 – arm circles forward/backward
1:00 – wrist stretch on floor, palms up
1:00 – wrist stretch on floor, palms down
CONDITIONING:
2:00 – powerball shots, dodgeball-6# Dynamini (no squat just dip and chest throw)
Rest 30 seconds
2:00 – jumping jacks
Rest 30 seconds
2:00 – broad jumps
GAME:
Paintball Dodgeball – Traditional dodgeball with random barriers on each side for use as cover such as might be found in a paintball arena.
