WARM-UP:
Pogo progressions #1 – up-down; end in blocked squat; start in blocked squat; transfer through ball of foot
FOCUS:
2x
1:00 – plank hold
1:00 – hollow hold
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
2 x 2:00 work-play intervals
Divide class into two groups:
Group 1 – plyo-box prowler push
Group 2 – bubble popping (w/helper blowing bubbles)
GAME:
Traverse climbing wall
