Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
3x
10-meter sprint 
1:00 practice flying squirrels 

FOCUS:
Pull-ups
Superman hollow holds and kip progressions on parallel bars (p-bars) or similar low bar setup

GET READY:
45 seconds each side – calf stretch against the wall
45 seconds each side – Achilles stretch
1:00 – bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 jump rope
1:00 p-bar or ring pull-up attempts
1:00 squats
