Hoover Dodge Ball: Kids are divided into two equal teams. Each team member is assigned a number. The kids should line up in numerical order on opposite sides. Play starts with trainer calling out a number. The two players from opposite teams, who share the same number, perform three squats and sprint for the ball in the middle of the two teams. The first player to reach the ball cannot move his feet once he picks up the ball. He then has five seconds to try to hit his opponent. If he hits his opponent, then his team gets a point. If the opponent catches the ball, his team gets a point. All other players hold a plank while play ensues. Play begins with Trainer calling out a different number and children reacting to their number being called.
