Wall walks – focus on torso close to wall at top, gymnastic hollow, no break in ribs or spine
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING/GAME:
Obstacle course – each side within a 10-meter space
Tire run => 5 push presses, AbMat
Side shuffle => 10-meter bear crawl
Crawl under benches, mats and/or paralettes
5 hula hoops
