Foundational Movement: Squat varieties, jumping positions
Physical Literacy: Kicking
Plane of Movement: Frontal
Accessory Movement: Pull-ups, toes-to-bar, knees-to-elbows
WARM-UP:
3x
20-second spin or roll => 10-second plank
FOCUS:
Toes-to-bar – on floor, practice touching toes overhead
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
1:00 – hamstring on a box each side (note: go only as far as back can be kept flat)
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP 8:00
50-meter sprint => 50-meter side shuffle
10 toes-to-bar on the floor
GAME:
Crazy-Line Dodgeball w/non-dominant hand – Set up a zigzagging centerline.
