WARM-UP:
10 medicine ball rolls to partner
10-meter partner bear crawl (stay together as a team)
FOCUS:
Drop-stand (DS) against the wall
GET READY:
1:00 each side – 1/2 frog pose
1:00 each side – triceps over shoulder stretch
CONDITIONING:
In pairs, with 4#-6# medicine balls
2 rounds
1:00 – chest pass
1:00 – side/oblique pass (facing away from each other)
1:00 – marching
1:00 – overhead walk
