FOCUS:
Box squat – review start position w/feet straight, knees out and calves “stuck” against side of box
GET READY:

1:00 each side – couch stretch
CONDITIONING:
2:00 – jump-over burpees using PVC
1:00 – free play w/balloons
2:00 – frog jumps to box (land in bottom of the squat)
1:00 – free play w/balloons
2:00 – box squats
1:00 – free play w/balloons
