WARM-UP:
2x
Walking kicks with toe touches
Side shuffle
Bear crawl
Walking knee hugs
FOCUS:
Kick varieties – at 3-5 meters from wall or target use a kickball, dodgeball or soccer ball –
Inside of foot
Outside of foot
Instep kick
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – box jumps
1:00 – hollow holds
1:00 – box squats (cue calves against box, muscles on, use box no higher than crease of back of knee)
GAME:
Dodgeball (2 blocked squats when hit)
