A Brand X Method™ Teen Workout
FOCUS:
Safe shoulder practice – externally rotate hands (“turn thumbs out”)
Apply shoulder position to front squat elbows (watch for default to holding neck and internal rotation)
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – seated hamstring stretch (toes pointing toward you, chest up, knees down)
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00
5 box front squats, unloaded
10 box step-ups
1 bear crawl + ring bell
GAME:
Paintball Dodgeball – Traditional dodgeball with random barriers on each side for use as “cover.”
