A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Circle run with bottom of the squat upon “Freeze” command
FOCUS:
Push press – practice finish position; set up conga line and talk the kids through
GET READY:
10 Cossacks each side
1:00 each side – calf stretch against wall
10 Cossacks each side
CONDITIONING:
3:00 – 10-meter side shuffle => 1 burpee
Rest 30 seconds
3:00 – 10-meter carioca => 1 squat
