Backwards run back

Focus:

Sumo deadlift

Work set up and execution as a group on coach’s count, as they demonstrate proficiency they will be instructed to get a specific load corresponding with their technique

WOD

Partner WOD (15:00 AMRAP)

3-5 reps of each (based on ability)

Deadlifts

Burpee box jump overs

Cash out:
