A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Practice frog jumps on box then:
1 frog jump
5 jumping jacks
FOCUS:
Jump rope mechanics – bounding, hands close, rope length
Practice while discussing/leading the class
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – alternate cat and cow yoga poses
1:00 – bottom of the squat dance party (allow kids to dance move arms and hips around in BOS; music helps)
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 floppies
10 box squats
10 frog squats on box
GAME:
Spinning Dodgeball
