Warm up:
2 full cycles of the following:
1:00 row – focusing on technique (core to extremity)

Pull up rig traverse
3 Handstand kick ups (wall or free standing)
Focus:
Sumo deadlift
Work set up and execution at selected athlete’s count. Leader is in the center while the rest of class makes a large circle around them. Athlete leader takes class through each progression 3x while coach walks around selecting appropriate loads for athletes as well as cueing movement.
