A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
10-meter medicine ball roll, up and back
Then while standing back to back with a partner – twist and pass
FOCUS:
Front squat – feet in squat position. Practice start position. Cue foot position, then grab ears, then drop to thumbs to shoulders. Squat and pause in bottom position
GET READY:
10 Cossacks each side
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – front squat, unloaded-10# dumbbell
1:00 – knees-to-elbows on the floor
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – lunges in place
1 lap on course outside, ~100 meters
GAME:
