Simon Says w/blocked squat and squats
2:00 – couch stretch against the wall
2:00 – blocked squats on trainer count with pause/holds called by trainer every 10 -12 reps
2:00 – alternate plank, T-plank, stinkbug, crawl outs
Hillbilly Ping Pong – Need 2 ping pong paddles and 1 ping pong ball per two kids. Use 1-4 jump boxes per pair of kids and a chalk line to divide playing “table” in half. Each serve has a 3 burpee buy-in. Each point requires 3 blocked squats from player scored against.
