1:00 head taps in handstand

Focus:

Sumo deadlift, staying tight at the bottom for tap and go

Work set up and execution as a group on coach’s count, as they demonstrate proficiency they will be instructed to get a specific load corresponding with their technique

WOD

7:00 AMRAP

1 DL

10 Double unders

2 DL

20 Double unders

And so on.
