WARM-UP:
Side shuffle agility around objects
FOCUS:
Box squat – focus on knees out
Press – focus on pushing up the sky
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
1:00 each side – Superman stretch
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds, rest 30 seconds in between
2:00 – box thrusters, unloaded
1:00 – burpee box jump-overs
GAME:
Spinning Dodgeball (non-dominant hand)
