Free play kicking dodgeballs and soccer balls

FOCUS:
Thruster – middle position and transitioning elbows. Show slow process/count. Have kids move on count:
1 = start position
2 = bottom of the squat, muscles on
3 = halfway up, elbows pointing up
4 = standing and changing elbow position for…
5 = press

GET READY:
1:00 – cat stretch
1:00 – bridges

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 6:00
3-5 pull-ups (or pull-up progressions on parallel bars using flat feet or laces down)
5 push-ups
10 blocked squats
