200-meter sprint

SKILL:
Wall ball shot – controlling the catch and descent

PREP:
2x
10 box step-ups
10 lunges
10 inchworms

CONDITIONING:
For time – go all out
3 rounds
10 burpees
20 wall ball shots
30 mountain climbers

Scale
8-10 burpees
12-15 wall ball shots
16-20 mountain climbers

SKILL:
10:00 – max rope climbs

MOBILITY:
Athlete’s choice
