FOCUS:
Toes to bar – hollow hold then practice singles; cue knees up close and flick shins

GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 – bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
8 rounds – 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest
Grasshoppers
Knees-to-elbows on the floor
Jumping jacks
Bear crawls

GAME:
Plank Ball
