FOCUS:
Clean – practice conga line cleans w/4# medicine ball, 3#-5# dumbbells, and/or light sandbags, 5#-10#
CONDITIONING:

Using markers-8# dumbbells
1 clean => 2 grasshoppers
2 cleans => 3 grasshoppers
3 cleans => 4 grasshoppers
4 cleans => 5 grasshoppers
5 cleans => 6 grasshoppers
