WARM-UP:
3:00 – tag with right arm only
3:00 – tag with left arm only
FOCUS:
Knees-to-elbows on floor
Toes-to-bar practice – thumb wrap
GET READY:
1:00 each leg – roped hamstring inside for adductor
1:00 each leg – roped hamstring outside for abductor
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
Obstacle course –
10-meter bear crawl => cone – 5 blocked squats
10-meter side shuffle => cone – 5 grasshoppers
10-meter lunge => kick ball to target 10 meters away
GAME:
