A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
10-meter walking cross-hand toe taps
10 airplane floor touches
FOCUS:
3:00-5:00
15-second hollow hold => 5 flutter kicks => flip to 15-second superman hold
GET READY:
10 PVC pass-throughs
10 arm circles
CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
1:00 – beach ball cleans
1:00 – beach ball thrusters
2:00 – free play with beach balls
GAME:
Team races with Scrabble cups – Using one cup per team, each team member simultaneously completes 100-meter run and 10 grasshoppers, then shakes cup and forms two words from the mix. Write words on whiteboard or chalk on asphalt. Repeat. Team with highest number of correct words wins.
