A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Spinning dodgeball – 3 push-ups if hit

FOCUS:
1:00 – throw and catch dodgeballs from muscles off squat position
1:00 – throw and catch from one knee
1:00 – back to back, plus three steps, turn and throw/pass

GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 each side – piriformis stretch

CONDITIONING:
3x
2:00 – hillbilly prowler
2:00 – play with balloons

GAME:
Radioactive River (plus rolling)
