WARM-UP:

20-meter sprint
Broad jump back
FOCUS:
Blocked squat – review depth – only as low as you can keep feet flat AND stay engaged (“muscles on”)
Thruster – review how the knees and spine should look w/depth only as far as position is maintained
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 blocked squats
10 floppies
10 thrusters, 3#-10# dumbbell
GAME:
Thruster Ball w/4#-6# medicine ball to a target
Note: focus on vertical nature of thruster and translation of bar path to throw
