10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg across line outside
50-meter high-knee skip

Box jump – knee position and soft landing

3 broad jumps
CONDITIONING:
5 x 200-meter sprint
immediately in to
5 box jumps (soft landing)
10 burpees
2:00 rest between
SKILL:
Barefoot

10 modified skaters
10 kettlebell passes
30-50 barefoot pogos
MOBILITY:
Accumulate 5:00 in the bottom of the squat
