Bandy pull-aparts
2 x 12-15

Move from front raises to bandy pull-aparts with little rest
Rest 1:00 between rounds

PLAY
3 rounds
30 double-unders
15 wall ball shots
10 burpees
10 wall ball shots
5 burpees
Rest 2:00-3:00 between rounds
Try to hit the same finish time every round
