Prepare
For 3-5 minutes, on coaches cue repeat Shuttle runs to 4-5 lines set 2 meters apart
Get Ready
Accumulate 1 minute Plank Hold
1 minute “up downs” High Plank to elbows as called by coach 1 minute Trunk Twists
Practice
Discuss and demo rotational throws to the wall facing away, applying Muscles On and Strong Tree Movement SkillsTM. Conga line practice a few throws each. Determine proper load according to individual ability.

5x Facing away from the wall, throw dodgeball to 6# med ball to wall from right side 5x Facing away from the wall, throw dodgeball to 6# med ball to wall from right side 10 Plank Pass through with tennis/lacrosse ball to 10#db
