Forward roll => 10 blocked pogo jumps => cartwheel => 15 jumping jacks => forward roll => 5 inchworms => 100-meter run

FOCUS:
Lunge – focus on midline stability throughout movement

GET READY:
2x
10 toy shoulders
10 bandy pull-aparts

WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds
10 walking lunges, unloaded-10# dumbbells
12 box step-up-and-overs, unloaded-10# dumbbells
14 hollow rocks

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
3x
1:00 each side – side plank
1:00 – overhead hold

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 each side – couch stretch
30 seconds – overhead ab stretch
