WARM-UP:

10-meter side shuffle
10-meter bear crawl
10 jumping jacks

FOCUS:
Physical literacy skills – kicking
Have kids circle up and kick and pass dodgeball around
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – low lunge
CONDITIONING:
Medicine ball shuttle runs
GAME:
Don’t Touch the Floor
Set up a variety of obstacles in a large circle to be climbed/s wung over, through, or under without touching the floor. Once someone touches the floor, everyone comes into the middle and performs 5 reps of a movement, i.e., squats, mountain climbers, burpees, etc.
