WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
Handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or bear crawl => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg => 3 cartwheels => speed ladder => basic dot drill x 10 => 50-meter side shuffle => 50-meter high knees

PREP:
3x
1:00 jump rope
10 rockets

CONDITIONING:
25:00 run/row/ski
Spend the whole time on one or switch between modalities

Varsity and Junior Varsity: As Rx’d
Novice
: 20:00
Beginner: 12:00-15:00


SKILL:
Front lever
Freestanding handstand practice

MOBILITY:
Calf smash/stretch
Athlete’s choice
