FOCUS:
Blocked squat depth?
Thruster depth

GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – Sampson stretch

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 blocked squats
10 floppies
10 thrusters, 3#-10# dumbbells

GAME:
Thruster Ball with 4#-6# medicine ball to a target
Note: focus on vertical nature of thruster/translation of bar path to throw
