A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
5:00
50-meter run
With a partner, roll dodgeball 5 meters; partner picks up and throws back (5x)
Alternate every round

FOCUS:
Press position – Start, go to and finish (Trainer be careful not to force shoulder position at the expense of lumbar; allow for some travel forward in the bar path)

GET READY:
1:00 each side – biceps against the wall
1:00 each side – lat stretch against the wall

CONDITIONING:
2-3 intervals
3:00
Press (unloaded-8# dumbbell)
3:00
Giant soft Frisbee play

GAME:
Safe While Moving format – Place 3-5 pumpkins at separate cones within 10-meter x 10-meter play area. Kids play traditional tag and are safe while pressing pumpkins at cone stations. Players must move right away after completing presses.  Press the pumpkin 10x at cone stations then move.
