WARM-UP:

5 perfect squats => 30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => handstand walk => 3 cartwheels => 10 vertical jumps => speed ladder => 100-meter run

Varsity, Junior Varsity, Novice

5 strict pull-ups
10 push-ups

15 squats


Beginner
2 x 5:00 AMRAP, rest 3:00
3 strict pull-ups or 6 ring rows
6 push-ups
9-12 squats


MOBILITY:
Plantar  smash
Calf smash
Calf stretch
Couch stretch
