GET READY:

10-second passive hang => 10-second active hang
10-second hollow hold
10 bird dogs

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
10 burpees
10 incline push-ups
Rest 1:00

SKILL:
3x
10 bodyweight skull crushers
1:00-2:00 plank on elbows

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps smash
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
