A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Alternate –
10-meter sprint
20-second Angry Gorilla hold

FOCUS:
Toes-to-bar – on floor and p-bars; cue and demonstrate hollow braced position from start

GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – knee hugs on floor (keep backs flat)

CONDITIONING:
8-round Tabata (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest)
Super-slow squats
Push-ups
Flutter kicks
Toes-to-bar

GAME:
10-meter sandbag (5#-10#) carry races – Start with deadlift, then dip-squeeze-drop-stand to shoulder. Trainer should delay go signal until completion of movements with good form.
