6 grasshoppers

FOCUS:
Plank holds and reverse planks – transition by stepping hand over and back

GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – bottom of the squat

CONDITIONING:
Skills Day –
2:00 – headstand practice – discuss tripod
2:00 – hollow holds on bar
2:00 – skin-the-cats
2:00 – frog jumps to box – land in bottom of the squat with muscles off and knees out

GAME:
Plank Ball
