Push press – bar path and straight arms at finish position

GET READY:
10 Cossacks
10 squats
10 Cossacks

CONDITIONING:

Mountain climber
Hollow hold
Push press, 5#-8# dumbbell
Blocked squats

GAME:
Dodgeball – cross-body throws only. May have to move your body to hit the target with a cross-body throw
